Friction Spun Yarn Structure And Process Parameters On The Quality Of Impact

In this paper, the structure of the friction spinning yarn is conducted in depth and meticulous manner, and to further explore twist testing methods of the friction yarn. Throuth the study of the yarn structure , the main reason for this special structure is analysised ,and the corresponding measures for improving the quality of yarn is gotten, and provide the theoretical basis for improving the machinery and equipment sector to further enhance the friction yarn quality . Its main objectives are: to vercome the shortage of yarn, and to improve the quality of yarn ultimately. This paper is divided into five parts:First, it gives a brief history of friction spinning, and the prospects of the spinning friction products and application fields. Discusses the characteristics, advantages and technical difficulties in the process of spinning friction.Second, It gives a deep study of fiber feeding process and condensation state of DREF-III friction spinning, and analysis the characteristics of movement and regulation in the process of the fiber transmission an cohesion. And on the basis of this analysis ,get the friction spinning yarn special structure theories.Third, it experiments the structure of the friction spinning yarn and analysis the yarn fibers , according to the study ,it provides the reference to improving the machinery design and Parameters .Fourth, it quotes the "residual Twist" and "zero-twist of theory " , estimates the friction yarn twist testing formula according to the relations of the residual Twist and strength , it gives a way to test friction yarn twist.Fifth, it analyses the main three friction spinning parameters: Vacuum, dust cage speed and spinning speed effect on the quality of the friction yard. Explore the impact of the three laws on the yarn quality. Provides reference on improving the quality of friction yarn.
