The paper in foundation of analyzing the honeycomb compound materials applications as well as in the aluminum honeycomb core material forming method which being used in profession and so on aerospace, building, packing, has conducted the analysis and research. which being used in the aviation industry producing the small area, the precision high honeycomb core material preparation method - forming. At present, the formed engineering research which about the forming preparing aluminum honeycomb core material in domestic, regardless of the theory aspect, the actual equipment, is backward, continues to use mostly the overseas standard, is also weak in particular about the forming mechanism and the theory research. Thus, to the formed theory and the process conducting the research for preparing half honeycomb structural element (profile strip) by the forming, has the important guiding significance and the research value regarding the equipment design and the forming fundamental research of honeycomb core material.Based on the elasticity-plasticity curving theory, The paper has conducted the research to the formed mechanism of forming continuously half honeycomb profile strip, has analyzed the stress-strain condition of each curving deformation point which about some instantaneous of continuously forming and has analyzed the bending moment change condition of curving about the linear hardening elasticity-plasticity plate some instant, and has carried on the analysis of stress process to the forming process in under the different drive type.The paper has conformed to the actual theoretical model, the boundary condition, the contact, the friction type and so on to the forming process in the non-linearity explicit kinetic theory foundation.The paper firstly carries on the single roll actuation forming experiment, analyses the single actuation forming flaw and the reason on the experiment result foundation, and in the experimental model foundation, has carried on the simulation to the single roll actuation continuously forming process. Through the comparison test result and the simulation result, the paper has proven the single actuation forming flaw existence inevitability; Secondly, the paper has carried on the simulation to the double roll actuation continuously forming process, and carries on the double roll actuation forming experiment, has confirmed the simulation forming result through the tentative data, thus has determined the double roll actuation forming for the best drive type. Because the double roll actuation still had many formed flaws, therefore, the paper has made the qualitative analysis to the flaw, discovered the influence to be big which the tooth-profile parameter to the formed result, proposed three kind of different tooth-profiles the repairing plan based on the experiment and the computed result, determines the best tooth-profile on simulation result foundation of comparing three kind of plan. Discovered that through comparing the test and the simulation result: regardless of uses which kind of drive type, or which kind of the repairing tooth-profile plan all not to be able to eliminate the formed flaw completely, the profile strip be able to achieve design request through the following reshaping, this is a flaw which the forming roll forms itself exists, improve through changing the formed way of forming organization. The paper similarly carries on the analysis to the formed flaw which the installation error created in experiment, through establishing the ideal installation error model, has obtained the corresponding result of simulation, in the foundation comparing with the test result, analyses qualitatively the reason which flaw producing and has given the improvement comment.The paper utilizes the research technique and obtains the conclusion to instructs the design and the equipment of the forming preparing half honeycomb profile strip to be able to play the instruction as well as the positive impetus role, has the greatly practical significance.
