The coupled flow of spray drier was studied by theoretical analysis,simulation and experiment in this article. Based on the results, this paper optimized the spray drier structure, thus to make the spray drier design reasonable and economical.To the DC300 type of spray drier, the process of Atomizer, campaign track of particle, variety of Temperature and Evaporation in the campaign track, campaign laws and temperature distribution of the swirl nitrogen by Computational Fluid Dynamics and Aerodynamics were studied seperately by this article based on the experimental results. (The Wall Sticky Situation,product quality and production efficiency were researched on the basis of model simulation and experimental analysis.Meanwhile,the concept of minimun effective size of drier was put forward, the spray dier structure was optimized and the complex relationship between product quality and production efficiency was revealed in this paper)Through modeling the couple flow of spray drier, it has been discovered that Temperature and Evaporation of the particle are Rising rapidly in a short time aider Emitted from the atomizer, the particles ars Fully dried quickly, It does not need a long time to dry particles,which was needed to prevent incomplete dry ,and not too large drier structure which was required to prevent the phenomenon of sticky wall. Based on the concretely analysing product quality and the efficacy, it has been found that firstly, the relation is too complicated to analysis. Secondly, the model simulation results are needed for concrete equipment,working conditions analysing in order to have a good union of product quality and efficiency under the condition of meeting production. Finally, this paper advanced the minimum effective size of drier after a detailed analysis and provided good reference to design a reasonable and economic spray drier.
