In our country the success of the first pressure-blown glass ware molding prototypemachine's development fills up the vacancy of the pressure-blown molding technics.However because of the low degree of its electrization and automatization, its process can'treach the pressure-blown technics' demand. And it's difficult to show the advancement ofthat technics.Contraposing the lack of the control mode presently this thesis chooses thepressure-blown glass ware molding prototype machine as the research object to analyze thenew demand of the control system. Through the application of Programmable LogicController (PLC) technique, blue-tooth communication technique, frequency conversionand speed-regulating technique and configuration software, it designs and developstwo-layer distributed control system, based on the core of the upper touch screen (theprocess supervisory level) and the lower programmable controller (the field control level).The system chooses Beijing Kunlun Tongtai Corporation's nTouch series touch screen forthe upper, Mitsubishi Melsec-Q series PLC for the lower. The upper supervisory softwaredesigned with embedded MCGS configuration software is mainly used to realize functionssuch as real time supervision, parameters setting, historical data inquiry and so on. Thelower being the core of the control system is mainly used to deal with functions such as thesynchronous control between the main motor and the material-supply machine, the controlof position rotation motor, the PID control of the furnace temperature, the automatic wasteremoving and receiving control instructions from the upper to realize the setting oftechnics parameters.It is proved by field experiment and operation that the designed control system of thepressure-blown style glass ware molding prototype machine reaches the expected functiondemand. The design which is dependable and practicable satisfies the industrialrequirements.
