| The microcosmic structures of the ordinary zinic oxide and nano-zinic oxide were studied systematically. At the same time, the infection of vulcanization system on the vulcanization characters, physical mechanical properties, anti-fatigue, anti-abrasion, anti-aging properties and dynamic mechanical properties of nature rubber were studied systematically when they were used as the active materials of the vulcanization system. It was found that the forms of the ordinary zinic oxide particles look like the rock candy of cubic, the diameter of the particals was between 100nm and 400nm. The distribution of the particals was very well. However, the nano zinic oxide B reunited very severily. The forms of the nano zinic oxide B particals were small poles and some were ball particals. The diameter of them was between 20 nm and 60 nm. The nano zinic oxide B reunited very severily. The nano zinic oxide A distributed well.When the nano-zinic oxides were used in the rubber, the fluidity of the rubber would become better. When the same dasage was used, the T10 and T90 would be shorter than the ordinary zinic oxide.The relationship of the intercommunion denity of the rubber is: A>B>ordinary. The elongation at break could be increaaed by using nano-zinic oxide. After aging time, the elongation at break of the rubber with the A nano-zinic oxide did not change, but the elongation at break of the rubber with the B nano-zinic oxide became less. At the same dasage, the performances of anti-ripping of the rubbers with the three zinic oxides were following: B>A>ordinary. |
