As concerning the high toxicity of organotin paints, the need to develop new environment-friendly antifouling paint has been highlighted. This work systematically stutied on antifouling capability of laboratory self-restraint resins and antifoulants. These main parts of the study were,(1)To compare different types of laboratory self-restraint resins and their effects of antifouling agents, zinc acrylate resin, cuprum acrylate resin, acrylate resin with capsaicin structure ,acrylate resin with plane of silicon structure have been studied by using raft exposure tests. It was concluded that all of laboratory self-restraint resins had good antifouling capability which is the best antifouling capability of zinc acrylate resin.(2)Through algae growth inhibition test and raft exposure test ,antifouling capabilities of new isothiazolone derivatives and their effects of antifouling agents were studied , It was shown that all isothiazolone derivatives had good antifouling effect, the order was PhOE-DCI〉BOP-DCI〉i-POP-DCI〉MOP-DCI〉EOP-DCI〉MOEOP-DCI.It was also shown that the effectiveness of the antifouling agent can be extended when several kands of sustained-releasing agent were added to the mixture. And efficiency order of sustained-releasing is C>A>B>D.(3)Through algae growth inhibition test and raft exposure test ,antifouling capabilities of capsaicin derivatives and their effects of antifouling agents were studied. Their antifouling capability order is HMMBA〉HMBA〉TMBA.(4)Through algae growth inhibition test and raft exposure test ,antifouling capabilities of carboxymethyl chitosan salts and their effects of antifouling agents were studied. Their antifouling capability order is CMC-Cu >CMC-Cu-B > CMC-Zn-B >CMC-Zn。(5)Through raft exposure test,two kinds of nano Cu2O enclosed by chitosan were studied. Their antifouling capability order is 8% nano Cu2O enclosed by chitosan> 4% nano Cu2O enclosed by chitosan> Cu2O.(6)Through raft exposure test, Chlorothalonil and N-Phenylmaleimide were studied. It was shown that Chlorothalonil and N-Phenylmaleimide both have good antifouling capability.
