Always, cold roll Shape Control mainly is to take flat control, however request to the Shape quality along with the customer of raise continuously and the calculator, information fly technically to develop soon, the edge drop control to become the Shape research and Shape control of lately a little bit hot.At present, in this country, edge-drop control has problems in terms of theory, technology and control level.First, Development Trend of Edge-drop Control Technology and Six Sigma theory Application In the enterprise were presented with displayed. Then, based on DAMIC Thinking(define, measure, analysis, improve, control),we finded many factors of Edge-drop In the DI production process, and Confirmation the key factors use of Six Sigma special tools. Finally, for Customer Satisfaction, we Develop and implement programmes to improve DI Contory Level of Edge-drop.
