This topic was about some refractory copper which two parts of copper oxide and copper sulphide were included.The copper oxide contained copper 2.83%,and it occurred mainly at cuprite and malachite.Apart from the copper,argentum was also contained in the ore,and its content was high as 171.7 g/t,which had high worthiness of comprehensive recovery.The copper sulphide had content of copper of 0.92%,and it also included a spot of aurum and argentum,which should be reclaimed.The copper sulphide was existent mainly at Tennantite.According to the characteristics of the ore and the outcome from the examination,the main influencing factors for the floatation were found as follows:1,The causes of inducing the copper oxide difficult to concentrate(1)The oxidation rate of the ore was high as 94.93%,and it contained combined copper oxide of 15.94%.The ore was belonged to the complex copper oxide of high oxidation ratio and combination ratio.And this affirmably would affect the result of the floatation.(2)The extent of the slime in the ore was very high.The high extent of the slime in the ore made against the grade and the recovery of the concentrate of the copper,also increased the cost of the reagent.So disposal of the mud was one of the key of the test.(3)High content of silicon and calcium was contained in gangue,and the content of the silicon dioxide is 28.87%,the content of the calcium oxide was high as 25.38%.2,The causes of inducing the copper sulphide difficult to concentrate:This sample was copper sulphide,but high oxidation ratio of 28.26%was contained in. And the ore really was a kind of mixed copper,which affected the result of the flotation.These ingredients above made the ore refractory.In the study of copper oxide,the test stressly studied the advantage of the activator and the craftwork of mud disposal.Above all,According to the study of different activator and different dosage and different time,we investigated the effects of the activator on the flotation.Because of the slime of high content in the ore,the research to disperse mud by the means of appendind frothy reagent and flotation and the machine was carded out.In addition the feasibility of the leaching for the cupric oxides was also investigated,and the test pilot the optimal factor for the copper oxide,from the studies of different time and different density and the rate of liquid to solid.The sulphidizing flotation technology was adopted in the test,because this processing had mature technology and low cost and simple manipulation,moreover it adapted for the mine of middling and minitype.And good result was acquired at last with this technology, and the concentrate grade of the copper was 18.83%,overall recovery of the concentrate was 68.67%.The grade and the recovery of the concentrate of argentine was respectively 811.86g/t and 48.78%,and the result was comparatively famous.In the leaching test of the copper oxide,based on the study of orthogonal design,the leaching rate of copper achieved to 76.93%,which was famous.In the study of copper sulphide,the paper adopted flotation flowsheet of single-stage roughing,single-stage cleaning and twice scavenging.According to the factors of the grinding mesh,the dosage of the collector and the time of the flotation,the test made sure the optimal factor.The study acquired good result at last also,and the concentrate grade of the copper was 21.43%,the recovery is 86.93%.The grade and the recovery of the concentrator argentine was 242g/t and 40.77%.In addition the mechanism of the sulphidizing flotation was saw about,and the need of the sulfuration for the complex cupric oxides and the function of the activator in the flotation were studied,which instructed the process and the accomplishment of the paper. At the same time,the test also researched the mechanism of the leaching,from the two factors of acid-leaching and the ammoniac leaching.
