The copper mineral resources of our country are very rich.80.41million tons of copper mine resources has been identified in the sixth of the world. But our country copper resources are at a disadvantage in the aspect of ore deposit scale, ore grade, using difficulty in the world, especially the refractory oxide copper has a high proportion in our country copper resources. At present, the treatment processes of copper oxide ore are flotation and leaching, the method of combined flowsheet of ore dressing-metallurgy has the advantage of great applicability, good economic and technical indicator for high combination rate, high clay content and the typical micro-fine refractory copper oxide ores, which is an important method in the research field of complex refractory copper oxide ore recovery.In this paper, the high combination rate refractory copper oxide ore was taken as the research subject, the oxidation rate of ore was78.58%and the combination rate of ore was54.55%through the nature research of process mineralogy, which belongs to the high combination rate copper oxide ore. Copper oxide minerals have a close intergrowth with quartz and carbonate minerals. The raw ore contains6.82%iron that can be recovered synthetically. The copper sulfide of copper ore can be recovered through flotation in the experimental research, the flotation project test, the reagent system optimization test, cleaning and scavenging numbers of optimization test and small closed circuit experiment were carried out and a copper sulfide concentrate with a grade of9.17%, a recovery of17.94%were obtained by the closed circuit experiment. The part of copper oxide can be recovered by sulfuric acid leaching, before leaching, the iron in flotation tailings was recovered by magnetic separation, which not only recovering resource synthetically but also reducing the acid consumption for iron at the process of acid leaching.The result of magnetic separation test shows that an iron concentrate with a grade of53.68%, a recovery of16.79%were obtained under the condition of magnetic field intensity for1000Oe without grinding of flotation tailings. The copper can be obtained by acid leaching from magnetic separation tailings in the feeding fineness-0.054mm of54%(without grinding of flotation tailings), liquid-solid ratio3:1, stirring rate250r/min, the amount of sulfuric acid60kg/t, leaching temperature45℃, leaching time2h, the additive amount of ferric sulfate20kg/t, the leaching rate of copper has reached81.88%.After experimental research of flotation, magnetic separation and sulfuric acid leaching, copper sulphide concentrate with a grade of9.17%, iron concentrate with a grade of50.24%and copper oxide lixivium were obtained, the grade of copper leaching residue is only0.094%finally, the total copper recovery has reached86.55%, and the method of combined flowsheet of ore dressing-metallurgy plays an important role in recovery of the fractory copper oxide.
