Traditional measurement methods, such as a high degree of feet , as well as single-function measurement tool have been unable to meet even the production efficiency of detection of the need for accuracy, and the emergence of CMM solve this problem. Speaking to a business , how to choose the right CMM products that not only can improve the detection efficiency, but also reduce the cost of the production process. Thesis is domestic industrial products, facing to the difficulty of measuring tolerance with large scale parts, the thesis is focuses on the large-CMM measuring machine control system design, and explores how to improve the internal control system of measuring machine, including software design and hardware design two parts. The main contents are:1. The hardware designs of the CMM measuring machine control system are introduced in detail. The hardware system is composed of the joystick system and the main system controller, which both take the C8051F021 as the core, which is a 8_bit high_speed SOC . On the other hand , the thesis also introduce the power module designs. The electromagnetic compatibility of the system hardware has also had a very careful consideration;2. The software designs of the CMM control system are introduced in detail, which are composed of the joystick program and the main system program. The thesis present many flow charts of the various programs of the modules, and detail the flow chart s;3. In order to testing the required aims of the control system ,the thesis introduce how to test the control system's capabilities by testing software and running.
