A nanometer science and technology is at the end of 1980s birth one kind of high new technology,rises rapidly by the astonishing speed and the vigorous development.Along with the technical unceasing progress and the development,a nanotechnology more and more receives people's attention.A nanomaterials by the reputation is the 21st century new materials, a nanomaterials by its unique physical property and the chemical property,has all obtained the varying degree application in many domains.A nanometer oxide compound took a kind of important nanomaterials,the various countries' experts all have conducted the thorough research to it,its application domain unceasingly is also developing.The thesis has selected three more typical common oxide compounds(ZnO,CuO and MgO)is the object of study,uses the different method to carry on the preparation,and carries on the charactercization with many kinds of charactercize method,confirmed obtains product for appearance and size different nanometer particle.Then,has carried on the test to the product antibacterial performance,the obtained product displays the good antibacterial performance.The thesis primary coverage summary is as follows:First to the nanomaterials classification,the nanomaterials characteristic,the nanomaterials preparation method as well as the nanomaterials commonly used performance charactercize method has carried on a more exhaustive introduction.Next uses the microwave method respectively take zinc nitrate(Zn(NO3)2·6H2O)and zinc acetate(Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O)as the zinc source,take the urea(CO(NH2)2)as the precipitating agent,a preparation nanometer zinc oxide;take the zinc nitrate and the urea as raw material,the absolute ethanol are the solvents,through changes a reaction temperature preparation nanometer zinc oxide with the sovlothermal method.With shows diffevential scanning calovimltry(DSC).powder X-ray diffraction(XRD).fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectorscopy.scanning electron microscopy(SEM).transmission electron microscopy(TEM). high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).selected area electron diffraction(SAED)carries on the structure and the superficial appearance charactercization.The result indicated that,is been big with the microwave method preparation product appearance the zinc source influence,obtains the clavate product take the zinc nitrate as raw material,but take the zinc acetate the product which obtains for raw material as the sphere;the product appearance results in which with the sovlothermal method changes along with the temperature change,when the temperature elevates gradually,product by sphere pellet to clavate transformation.Through the antibacterium-circle measure,carries on the antibacterial experiment to the obtained product with slaphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis.The experimental result indicated that,the product has the good antibacterial performance.Once more,the thesis for the first time take the anhydrous cupric sulfate(CuSO4)and the hexamethylene tetramine((CH2)6N4)as a raw material,through the change raw material density ratio method,prepares a nanometer copper oxide with the microwave method;respectively take the anhydrous cupric sulfate and cupric nitrate(Cu(NO3)2·3H2O)as the copper source,take the urea as the precipitating agent,prepares a nanometer copper oxide with the microwave method. With test technologies and so on the DSC,XRD,FT-IR,TEM and SEM carries on the charactercization to the product structure and the superficial appearance.The result indicated that,Along with anhydrous cupric sulfate and hexamethylene tetramine density compared to enlargement,the product transforms by the diamond to the ellipsoidal structure,and the particle size has slightly changes small;the cupric salt has the very tremendous influence to the product reunion,is lighter than take the anhydrous cupric sulfate as the copper source product take the cupric nitrate as the copper source product reunion degree.With a nanometer copper oxide which results in to the system carries on the bacteriostasis experiment with the nanometer zinc oxide similar method,the antibacterial effect is similarly very good.Moreover,take the magnesium chloride(MgCl2·6H2O)and the sodium carbonate anhydrous(Na2CO3)as raw material,through simultaneously changes the heating way and a solvent to preparate nanometer magnesia,with test technologies and so on the DSC,XRD, FT-IR,SEM,HRTEM and SAED carries on the charactercization to the product structure and the superficial appearance.The result indicated that,compared to reduces obviously take the glycol as the solvent product take the water as the solvent product reunion degree,explained the glycol to prevented the product reunites the very major function.Through the product antibacterial performance test discovery,the nanometer magnesia antibacterial effect is best.Finally carries on the simple summary to the thesis content,and has carried on the forecast to the nanotechnology future.
