Large-scale stamp forging hydrostatic press is a token of a nation's comprehensive strength. It is the infrastructure of producing large-sized stamp work, reflect the latest industrial technology and manufacture level as well. These huge equipments have played an irreplaceable role in national defence and aviation industries. It is very hard to fabricate because of its quantity limitation, excessive load, super-high frame intensity and stiffness demand.According to main technical parameters in the consultation report: the investigation of developing large-scale forging equipment in our country, which issued by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Tsinghua University designed a steel wire winding framework, and China National Erzhong group Co. designed a combination C-shape board framework. In order to evaluating these frameworks and optimizing their structures, it is cry for simulating their stress and deformation on the plat of finite element analysis software.The dissertation introduced the hydrostatic press's structure styles, development, characteristics, basic parameters, and Finite Element Method's basic principle, solution procedure, FEA software. On the plat of FEA, The superiorities and deficiencies of the steel wire winding framework and combination C-shape board framework were be assessed by stress, strain and reliability.The dissertation analyzed the unsymmetrical horizontal framework of the combination C-shape board framework hydrostatic press, and studied the regulation of flexivity distribution. Based on rule of stiffness design of assembled structures' deformation compatibility, the flexivity curve of the horizontal framework was changed when the stiffness distribution altered. Then there were three different optimized methods were presented, and we found the most simple and effective way to solve the problem.The dissertation applied dynamic design approach to analyze bearing framework of hydrostatic press, took the framework of the 300MN hydraulic press as subject investigated, analyzed parallel connection frame's modal when the connection way was changed. Then we got the framework's natural frequencies and modes of former six steps, evaluated fully about the influences to the dynamic performance of the framework.The dissertation analyzed and optimized the bearing framework of hydrostatic press from statics, and studied tentatively from dynamics. The study in this paper summed up the characteristics of bearing framework's deformation under the applied forces, and it is very useful to demonstrate the blue print of hydrostatic press.
