With the development of industrial production, a variety of new materials continue to be developed, new forming technology and new manufacturing technology is gradually improving, which requires innovative design in the field of automobile wheel production, requires innovation to the traditional form of hydraulic design, to improve its performance, increase its efficiency. To meet the actual requirements of modern wheel manufacturing, through a more in-depth study of the forging hydraulic machine body structure, the new press design of two cylindrical structure, which not only makes the press in the form of special alloy wheel manufacturing rich, and compared with the traditional forms of hydraulic machine, the applicability and the advanced nature has certain advantages.According to the main performance parameters of wheel forging hydraulic press and the reference for the structure of the large forging press design experience, put forward two new dedicated to automobile wheel manufacture of die forging hydraulic press structure, one for the split framework of the hydraulic cylinder style the tubular structure (referred to as type A); another integral cylindrical structure for the framework of the non-hydraulic cylinder (referred to as type B). Using3D modeling software UG, the solid models of the two kinds of structure are created, and the engineering drawing of the key parts such as hydraulic cylinder, frame etc. are drawn.For checking body stiffness and strength, this paper will use UG to establish geometric model import large general finite element analysis software ANSYS, through material attribute defines the finite element model, meshing steps etc, after the static analysis. Under the effect of compressor nominal pressure, determine the position of rack loading dangerous point, the key components of equivalent stress nephogram and deformation is obtained.In addition, due to the frequent loading and unloading hydraulic machine work process, make the body vibration to a certain extent, to understand the dynamic characteristics of new hydraulic press, through to the modal analysis of frame as a whole, to extract the first six order natural frequency of vibration mode, study the effect of each order modal on the frame, so as to evaluate whether the structure dynamic characteristics meet the requirements, in order to avoid produce resonance in working process, it provides the reference basis for the reliability design of the fuselage.
