The security running of equipment becomes more and more important and people pay more and more attention to security monitoring of equipment with development of modern industries. The mine hoister is vital equipment of mining industry, it has main function in transport of producing, and takes very important tasks on exalting of ores, materials, liftmen and equipments, which is the one and only approach to contact the top and bottom of a well. So the safety reliability of mine hoister not only directly affect the ability of production in a well and economic efficiency in a mine but also relate to life safety of mineworkers. Well then, it has important function in developing the monitoring system. Whereas, mine hoister is very important in mining industry, and its fault would result server accident, but mining technology dropped far behind. So the hoister system based on networked virtual instrument is put forward. The level of automatization and safety and security arrived at a new altitude, and ensure safety transport of mine hoister.The paper mainly discusses the following aspects:First, the paper analyzes the hoister system operation principle and performances of actual work status, puts forward the general design scheme of real-time monitoring system, makes preliminary division to system functions, and establishes the development environment and development tools of software. And the paper researches on the monitoring system bases on networked virtual instrument design method and takes LabVIEW, the graphical development platform as technical core to of hoister system based on networked virtual instrument.Second, the paper describes the composing of hardware and the key technique in development process of system software, adopts the idea of modularization, makes use of main module transfer the sub-module, realizes the function of the hoister monitoring system on data collection, disposal, display and main state and so on.Next, in the aspect of data management, in order to monitor the management of system testing data, the paper achieves the system database building and the visit to database come true by use of LabSQL kits under LabVIEW environment.Finally, in order to satisfy the requirement of remote network management needing for safety detecting of hoister monitoring system, the thesis discusses network on platform of LabVIEW. And there analyses how to make use of the DataSocket technology and Remote Panels mechanism and WEB mode. There sets up the monitoring system, and achieves communication and management.
