Mine Hoister is an important equipment that links the ground with underground. In order to ensure its reliable operation, in addition to the choice of reliable equipment and the careful maintenance of peacetime, we should also do a good job in state monitoring of the running equipment, in order to promptly discover questions and take preventive measures.Firstly we described the significance of condition monitoring of mine hoister ,introduced research actuality and development of condition monitoring and virtual instruments, and so on. And then condition monitoring system of hoister was established based on the platform of Labview in foundation of analyzing elevator's unique feature in this paper. A detailed description about the system theory, method and specific functions was carried out.This paper aims at laboratory 2 JTP-1.2 hoister test platform, using virtual instrument platform labview7.1 software to develop monitoring systems of running state. The main functions of this system are data collection, data storage and inquiry, signal analysising and processing, signal alarm and distant signal transmission. Using of the PCI-1713 data acquisition card of YanHua and labview7.1 software,we achieved the hoister system of data collection and storage. The alarm procedures in a signal abnormal circumstances are established according to "Mine Safety Regulations". The data transfer process based on TCP/ IP protocol is developed by applying DataSocket technology, of which the creation and transmission connection process are introduced in detail. Finally has carried on the experimental confirmation to above function.
