The methods of theory analysis, numerical simulation, compiling program and lab experiment as well as other ways are used comprehensively on the basis of similar. test of FM reverse outburst prevention wind door. And the catastrophic damage and damage characteristics after coal and gas outburst are studied emphatically:(1) The relation between the motion of pulverized coal and gas in their mixture and the transmission distance and time of shock wave formed in air compression wave is determined by supposing the simplified conditions of coal and gas outburst model and analyzing the emission status after gas outburst and changes of roadway pressure. It is the basis for determining catastrophic damage of shock wave and air flow energy behind wave front.(2) Shock wave model is established according to the strength of coal and gas outburst. And the velocity of shock wave front that is formed by coal and gas outburst is determined by analyzing it. The reflective overpressure that works on doors is obtained according to the relation between velocity of shock wave front and incident pressure and the relation between incident pressure and reflective overpressure. Consequently, Equivalent load is determined by reflective overpressure that works on wind door.(3) According to the study on one-dimensional flow of compression fluid, all kinds of gas mixture after coal and gas outburst are regarded as standard air to deal with. And natural wind pressure that caused by gas outburst is attributed to static pressure of ventilator for unifying consideration, then the mathematical model is established and the method of time intervals is adopted for solving this model.(4) The measured results that are determined by analyzing the test data of outburst prevention wind door destructed by explosion form shock wave are about the same as the results computing by application shock wave theory. Cylindrical surface internal wind tube on the left of gate posts isn't influenced by shock wave by comparing with two types of loading. The weakest place of gate posts where the wind tube is, and this point is. in concordance with the experiment.(5) In order to solve the complexion of equation model, the gas adverse current program is compiled through application of VB.
