| Coal and gas outburst are serious power disaster accidents in coal mines,which severely restrict the safety production process of coal.Once outburst occurs,as an important safety anti-outburst facility underground,the outburst prevention wind door structure is often severely damaged under the outburst shock load,which poses a serious threat to underground personnel and facility equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the damage failure characteristics of outburst shock load on the outburst prevention wind door to design and construct the outburst prevention wind door and mine disaster prevention.For coal and gas outburst accidents in this paper,the occurrence conditions and distinctive features of coal and gas outburst was analyzed.the initial energy sources of shock waves generated by outbursts mainly composed of coal elastic energy and gas expansion energy was studied.The parameter evolution,propagation attenuation law and the influencing factors of the process of the outburst shock wave in the straight roadway were analyzed.The criteria and standards for the damage and destruction of the underground objects by the outburst shock wave were analyzed briefly.According to the characteristics of underground outburst prevention wind door,the mechanical characteristics of common outburst prevention wind door structure and their materials under shock wave load were analyzed.The destruction mechanism of the outburst shock wave was analyzed,and the shock wave reflection overpressure load that caused the damage of the outburst prevention wind door was derived based on the overpressure-impulse criterion.Combined with industrial test data,the reflected overpressure was equivalently simplified,and the equivalent simplified curve equation of the reflected shock wave overpressure load was obtained.The static and dynamic response process of the outburst prevention wind door structure under the outburst impact load was simulated by the finite element analysis software ANSYS.the damage characteristics of the outburst prevention wind door under the outburst impact load were analyzed.The results show that the weakest part of the outburst prevention wind door structure is the wind tube,door frame and door leaf and its connection with the wall of wind door.the outburst prevention wind door will first destruction failure fail from the structural weakness under the outburst impact load,and the wall of wind door will also be cracked under the action of reciprocating pressure.The damage mode of the outburst prevention wind door is mainly local damage.An empirical analysis is carried out in conjunction with the destruction characteristics of the outburst prevention wind door during the "11ยท8" outburst accident in Qunli Coal Mine to verify that the numerical simulation analysis results are correct.In addition,based on the destruction characteristics of the outburst prevention wind door,it puts forward safety requirements for the overall structure of the outburst prevention wind door,strength requirements for the door,wall stack,etc.,and proposes disaster reduction measures to improve the safety performance of the outburst prevention wind door.This paper analyzes the damage and destruction of the outburst shock wave to the outburst prevention wind door and finds out its structural destruction failure characteristic law.Its research results provide a certain theoretical and technical reference for the design and construction of the mine outburst prevention wind door in the future.It has certain practical significance for mine coal and gas outburst prevention and control and disaster prevention and mitigation. |
