This paper introduces a design. Which uses FPO series model FP0—C14CRS PLC (programmable logic controller) made by Panasonic of Japan, and MT500 series model MT506LV touch panel made by Weinview of Taiwan, and VFNC1S—2007P inverter made by Toshiba of Japan to complate the control of the autoregulative waterworks. We have finished the hardware design and software programming, and then we have debugged and tested the whole system.The speed tracking controller constitutes of PLC and frequency-converters. We can use this device to control the three phase asynchronous motor in order to implement the stepless speed regulation. Also we can directly input humidity value in the Touch display screen which has been adopted as the man-machine interface to implement stepless speed regulation control of the motor, which enable the operating more simple and more convenient.The paper describes the dominant factor that influenced PLC control system reliability and gives methods and measures from PLC and frequency converter working environment ,shield , grounding and connecting mode, and so on.
