With the rapid and stable development of economy in China,in many fields,the requirement of energy saving has been put forward,especially large and medium-sized mining enterprises.Large number of high voltage motors are used in large mining factories,for driving a variety of large-scale machineries and equipments,such as large main fan,pump,etc.Daily power consumption is extremely large,moreover,the starting current of the high voltage motor is very high,which can cause the electrical damage of the motor,thereby greatly reducing the service life of the motor and causing the loss of property.The high voltage inverter system reduce the starting current of the high voltage motor effectively,which realize the frequency control regulation of the motor,playing an important role in energy saving fields.High voltage inverter system using frequency conversion technology,based on the high voltage motor environment and the use of harsh conditions,the formation of large cabinet combination,high voltage variable frequency speed regulation system is different from the conventional inverter,which can achieve speed control in saving energy under the condition of the high voltage motor effectively.The research of this thesis is the study and design of the high voltage inverter system,with the main induced draft fan of Qianan Shougang sintering plant as the application object.The system is based on field application environment,and uses more power unit series connection system structure.The system has advantages such as:small input current harmonic,small torque ripple and low content of output voltage,etc.In this thesis,the hardware and software design of the high inverter system had been completed firstly.Secondly,the control algorithm of high voltage inverter and the control mechanism of the torque limiter were presented.At the same time,the safety protection measures of high voltage inverter system had been designed,and the specific parameters of the device had been given.Finally,the unit control panel and the power unit were simulated,besides that,frequency conversion debugging and experiment platform had been set,the unit control panel and the power unit had been tested by using the platform.The test shows that the high voltage inverter system in this thesis can basically meet the needs of large-scale wind turbine.Whats more,the system can play an important role in saving energy,improving the utilization ratio of equipment and protecting the key equipment,etc.
