Study Of Eco-environmental Water Requirements Based On Management Objectives For Xiaoqing River District Of Dongying City

With the implementation of sustainable development strategy of economy, society and ecological environment,ecological environment water requirements has become one of the important contents of water resources optimal allocation. Dongying as the center town of the Yellow River Delta,just in an efficient eco-economic zones of the construction of a good opportunity,water resources optimal allocation is the task of top priority even more.Because of shorter time of the study on ecological environment water requirement,its basic theory has quite not been perfect.This paper analyses the current study situation of eco-environmental water requirements in the domestic and international,and based on analyzing and concluding former researchers' results,the concepts,classification and calculating methods of ecological environment water requirement were studied and discussed. and taking Xiaoqing River District of Dongying City as a case,combined with the actual job,based on the needs of management objectives,its ecological environment water requirement was calculated,with a view to supply the development of the Yellow River delta in Dongying City water resources planning and allocation of the provision of technical reference.The main contents of this study is shown as follows:1.Give a scientific definition to the ecological environment and eco-environmental water requirement,put forward that in future research or production practice,should uniform applicate the concept of ecological water requirement or eco-environmental water requirements.Study on ecological water requirement or the ecological environments should not take person the Main from the ecosystem.2.Ecological water demand to water and soil conservation have been included in the agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and other economic and ecological value of water,without the need for eco-environmental water requirements of the concept of a separate calculation.3.Proposed coo-environmental water demand management should be based on the following objectives:to achieve the coordination of the regional ecological environment,sustainable development,that is,must also ensure that natural ecological water demand,water demand and production of life need water,can we ensure that eco-environmental water demand of the coordination and sustainable development.Only in ensuring the ecological water demand and maintaining the ecological balance under the premise of economic development in order to ensure social,economic and ecological environment of the coordinated development of human society in order to achieve the ecological environment and sustainable development.4.A set of the eco-environmental water demand classification systems that fit Xiaoqinghe area,easy operation and simple calculation is put forward.5.50%assurance rate,eco-environmental water demand of Xiaoqing River area in 2005,2020,2030,Separately is 9.3 million m~3,12.37 million m~3,13.89 million m~3;75%assurance rate,eco-environmental water demand of Xiaoqing River area in 2005,2020,2030,Separately is 10.68 million m~3,13.29 million m~3,14.66 million m~3.6.based on eco-environmental water demand and water supply capacity of the status quo analysis,Xiaoqing River is an severe water shortage area,and analyze the causes and proposed solutions.Based on the above study,eco-environmental water requirements in the base year, 2020 and 2030 can be gained.These production can be used to provide the basic data for the optimal allocation of water resources of the region.
