Molecular imprinting technique is a new method of preparing polymers that contains tailor-made recognition sides for certain molecules.It has predeterminative,specific and practical ability of molecule recongnition.It is applied in biomimics,purification,separation and enrichment fields extensively.The thesis focuses mainly on the preparation and study the adsorption properties of the molecularly imprinted polymers,which may be divided into the following parts.Part one:ReviewThis review provides a summary of the preparation and application of molecularly imprinted polymers,an analysis of the current problems and an overview of the lastest trends of molecularly imprinted polymers.Part two:Preparation of Gatifloxacin molecularly imprinted polymers by bulk polymerizationMolecularly imprinted polymers of Gatifloxacin were prepared by bulk polymerization in this experiment.Molecularly imprinted polymers were analysed with ultraviolet spectrophotometry and infrared spectroscopy.UV spectrophotometry was used to study the adsorption properties of molecularly imprinted polymers.The results of the research show that molecularly imprinted polymers which have good adsorption properties can be prepared by the traditional bulk polymerization.The adsorption properties of molecularly imprinted polymers were strongly affected by the reaction temperature,the amount of functional monomers,solvents and so on.Part three:Preparation of Gatifloxaein molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres by precipitation polymerizationMolecularly imprinted polymer microspheres of Gatifloxacin were prepared by precipitation polymerization in this experiment.UV spectrophotometry was used to study the adsorption properties of molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres. The microscopic appearance and morphology of molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The results of the research show that the adsorption properties of molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres were a little better than that of molecularly imprinted polymers which were prepared by the traditional bulk polymerization.The preparation process of precipitation polymerization was relatively simple and time-saving and obviated the grinding,sieving and other tedious post-processing procedures.Part four:Preparation of Naringenin molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres by aqueous micro-suspension polymerizationMolecularly imprinted polymer microspheres of Naringenin were prepared by aqueous micro-suspension polymerization in this experiment.Molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres were analysed with ultraviolet spectrophotometry and infrared spectroscopy.The microscopic appearance and morphology of molecularly imprinted polymers were characterized by optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy. HPLC was used to study the adsorption properties of molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres.The results of the research show that molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres have good adsorption properties and the size of microspheres was about 50-550μm.The dosage and the type of dispersant as well as the ratio of water-oil have a significant influence on the shape and size of molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres.Part five:Preparation of Naringenin molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres by precipitation polymerizationMolecularly imprinted polymer microspheres of Naringenin were prepared by precipitation polymerization in this experiment.HPLC was used to study the adsorption properties of molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres.The microscopic appearance and morphology of molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The results of the research show that molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres have good adsorption properties and the size of microspheres was about 0.3μm.Compared to the microspheres prepared by aqueous micro-suspension polymerization,molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres prepared by precipitation polymerization had a sharp increase in the adsorption properties. Part six:Summary and forecastThe results of the experiment were comprehensively summarized.Research need further investigation was also introduced in this part.
