It adopts the EAF melting process to smelt high-alloy content rolls in Xingtai machinery & mill roll Co.,Ltd. How to reuse the steel scrap which is produced in roll mechanical process in EAF and utilize the precious alloy elements of Cr, Ni and Mo and so on, those are the important factors in the calculating arc furnace ingredients. Adopting artificial batch calculation in not only calculation process complex,but also is hard to smelt the Cr, Ni and Mo ingredients well enough to reach standard. Therefore, to establish appropriate burden optimization model which not only can give an reliable evidence to use the limit resources reasonable, but also can improve the recovery of alloys. Theses should bring more economic benefits for the enterprise.We can get the field data through analysis and research, It is to classify the return steel scrap by size and the content of alloys. Then to establish burden mathematic structure model and adding alloy material mathematical model. Based on the demand of fuzzy smelting process and the description of the fuzzy equation to establish the rational model of electric arc furnace ingredients. This model fully considers the EAF steelmaking process requirements, solve this model. Finally, It is based on the mathematical model to develop EAF melting optimized burden system. In the process of developing this system, we designed the landing interface EAF melting optimized burden system's landing interface. Smelting steel and burden controlling component determines interface, EAF revert optimized interface, alloy optimized interface etc. Then we can accomplish the computer language code by combining the mathematical model with these controlling interface.This software has been verified in the production practice. The qualification rate of Cr melt-ching ingredients is above 60%, Ni is above 65%, Mo is above 60%. The software database is easy to operate and adapt to the changing factors in EAF species and raw materials. It can get the best ingredients program quickly and accurately. This software has the good maneuverability enough to achieve the man-machine dialogue. For another, it will help to improve management of enterprise, speed up application of computers and enhance smelting process operation level.
