The center of moving parts will shift beacause the 125MN extruder's body structure is composed by several straight-line round trip moving parts and after long time operation will cause by the guide rail and the support pad's serious friction and wear, in addition to the influence of severe vibrationin and shock in the process of working. Eccentric extrusion not only directly impact on the quality of extrusion profiles, but a-lso increase the body structure's wear ,reduce the body structure's life ,and even may cause accidents. Currently the offset measuring of the center of moving parts is still mainly by artificial, which is a heavy workload, low accuracy and lack of scientific. It is difficult to meet the needs of modern production. Therefore, this paper combined with the project of the 125MN extruder's center detection system research on the system application software.The mainly research contents and conclusions are as following:1,We design the center offset measuring system of 125MN extruder's moving parts not only based on analyzing the center displacement measuring methods of extruder's moving part, but also based on laser technology and computer vision measuring technology.This system mainly include laser transmission system , optical and electronic receiving system, camera control system and PC control system , and it described the design of hardware and software of camera control system and parameter calculation and selection of system components.2,We research on the image processing algorithms of the mathematical model for the center offset measuring of moving parts, including image segmentation and center spot extraction. We use Otsu method to segment the image of laser spot. From the point of physical running effect, the shape of the image of laser spot segmented by Otsu is very suitable for using the centroid algorithm extract the center coordinates of the laser spot.This method can effectively avoid the Hough transformation's slow and the based on circle fitting's complexity. We finally establish the spatial position mathematical model for the center offset measuring of moving parts based on the image processing algorithm.3,We develop the application software in Visual C + +6.0 platform combined with OpenCV library function,and design the general structure of the application software with comprehensive introduction of all function module ,and mainly describe the key technologies how to realize the function module such as the interface display technology, OPC communication technology,communication technology between up computer and down computer and database technology and so on.4,We design the experiment to verify the centroid algorithm, and test the stability of the centroid algorithm by 200 repeated experiments, and which up to 94%. In the laboratory conditions, we get the proportion calibration coefficient of all optical and electronic receiving equipment by use of manual displacement, and test the offset of spot.The results indicate that the relative error is only 2%;In the industrial field of 125MN extruder, the application software is used to measure the center of moving parts's offset .the results show that the center of moving parts have moved to the feed side in their entire rail along with the sinking.
