Cathode carbon block group consists of three parts,including the cathode carbon block,the cathode paste and the cathode steel bar. The cathode carbon block automatic assembly platform is the important part of the cathode carbon automatic assembly line,participating in the every process in the cathode carbon block assembly line, particularly during ration the carbon paste,whether the platform is uniform motion,that has a direct influence on the uniformity of ration the carbon paste to the groove of the cathode carbon block, with a direct impact on the quality of the cathode carbon block assembly,thus affecting the natural life of electrobath and the quality of the electrolytic aluminum.For these reasons,in order to ensure to ration the quantitative carbon paste to the groove of the cathode carbon block in the automatic assembly.on the basis of meeting the requirements of the process of the cathode carbon block automatic assembly line,in this paper,do the studies on uniform motion control of the platform in the entire production line based on the BP neural network.First of all,in this paper,established a two-axle models of DC motor dragging the cathode carbon block automatic assembly platform, calculated the equivalent relations,discussed the conditions of stable operation system,then deduced the dynamic equation of two-axle electric drive system; established the equivalent model of a separate excitation direct current motor;combining the constitutive equation and the dynamic equation of two models,deduced the mathematical model of the separate excitation DC dragging the platform in the cathode carbon block automatic assembly line.Second, determined the thyristor DC speed control system of the platform in the cathode carbon block automatic assembly, established the mathematical models of the testing speed generator and trigger - SCR (SCR) rectifier ,thus to set up the speed control diagram of the platform of Cathode carbon block automatic assembly. Did the model simulation and dynamic analysis of the control system of Conventional PID control and BP neural network PID control ,made the conclusion that dynamic performance of the control system based on BP neural network control strategy could be requested by the control in this article.Finally, established the simulation model of the speed control of the cathode carbon block automatic assembly platform in the MATLAB / SIMULINK, according to two simulation programs of the conventional PID control strategy and control BPPID strategy, did the simulation the speed control of cathode carbon block automatic assembly platform, got the speed Curve of the platform during the ration the steel paste to the cathode carbon, through the simulation comparison and performance analysis,concluded that the performance of the assembly table control of cathode carbon block automatic based on BP neural network control was better than results based on conventional PID control, the control system based on BP neural network had the strong capabilities of adaptive, anti-jamming and robust, was able to meet the requirements of uniform feeding of the cathode carbon block automatic assembly table and thus can improve the quality of the cathode carbon block assembly, to improve the level of the cathode carbon block automatic assembly, as well as to improve the quantity and quality of electrolytic aluminum. The experiment proved that the establishment of the MATLAB / SIMULINK simulation model was correct, as well as gave the indirect proof that the control strategy based on BP neural network can effectively control the platform speed in the control system of the cathode carbon block automatic assembly platform.
