The inter mixer has been primary refining equipment in the filed of rubber's industrial nowadays. Every country ameliorates and researches the inter mixer to increase the efficiency,quality of refining and reduce the energy wasting. The RAM is the most pivotal part of the inter mixer. The inchoate inter mixer with gas driving is difficult to adjust and autocontrol pressure according to different requires because of it's huge cubage,big working yawp,unstable pressure and required gas station, so it has been replacing by hydraulic RAM gradually. But, the system appear a lot of problems in using because of the copy when fetch in the system. This study optimizes the hydraulic system to Gk inter mixer by dynamics and designs the reasonable Fuzzy-Control strategy.This study emulates the RAM's system of inter mixer by AMESim to research the dynamic trait .Then ,optinizes control strategy ,parameter matching and component anthologing .Builds the machine-electricity-fluid mathematical model of the RAM's control system that include electricity-fluid scaling valve and the RAM's load. intelligentizes the closed pressure control of RAM by using artificial intelligence Fuzzy-PID in order to work out these questions about pressure control such as weak precision, snow response, large static error and weak stability and so on; Then, emulates and researches the characteristic of PID and Fuzzy-PID by the Fuzzy control toolbox of MATLAB/SIMULINK. Makes Fuzzy-PID controller of RAM pressure and verify the feasibility of intelligent control 's application on RAM's pressure control system.The results experiment indicate adjusting parameters Fuzzy-controler increas the control pricision of pressure and remove tingling of equipment. Furthermore,settle those problems as so as "burning plank","doff solder",and save the cost of control system.So ,this study is of great significance to enhance the RAM's hydraulic system performance and pressure's control precision.
