Impeller Put The Coke Machine Hydraulic System Design And Process Parameters

Coke feeder is a important equipment in the coke production industry, which is used for coke feeding between the process of coke quenching and coke riddling in coke plant. Coke feeder works in hostile environments, which is damp,hot and dusty. So the machine should have high level of automation and reliability.The traditional coke feeder general uses electric drive as transmission mode, it has low-level of automation, manual labor intensity is great, the feeding is uniform, and the machine' s work efficiency is low. Meanwhile, the electric drive equipment damages easily in the hard working environment and the manufacturing cost is very high. So researching a new higher-level automation and stronger adaptability coke feeder has important significance. For improve the automation level and reliability of coke feeder, the main work as follows:1) analyzing the home and abroad traditional coke feeders and studying the impeller coke feeder, this paper puts forward the closed hydraulic transmission mode of the impeller coke feeder by comparing with advantages and disadvantages of all transmission modes and the working environment. At the same time, this paper analyzes the working characteristics and mechanism of the new-style impeller coke feeder, and designs the hydraulic schematic diagram.2) this paper analyzes the force condition of the impeller when the impeller is working. after establishing the model of the coke pile and calculating the force of the impeller at some fixed positions. The paper fits the data and gets the force diagram of the impeller.3) to advance the work efficiency of the impeller coke feeder and design the parameters of the impeller reasonably. This paper establishes the optimization model of the impeller parameters by the BP neural network, which takes the coke feed to be the objective function and the impeller number,impeller speed and working speed to be the design variables. We get the impeller parameters at the maximum of the coke feed and analyze the impeller parameters on the impact of the coke feed at last. 4) the experiment of the impeller' s force analysis is made in Handan Iron and Steel Group Co., LTD and shows that the result tallied with the impeller' s force analysis. The force analysis achieves the anticipative effect and proves the correctness of the model of the coke pile. The new-style impeller coke feeder meets the requirements well at the aspects of the automation and adaptability.
