Crushing is an indispensable industrial production link.In industrial production,energy saving is an eternal topic,while the crushing technology is important to energy saving. Some crushing technology has been adjusted,in order to achieve "more crushing less grinding" of the new technology,without changing the original production technology.But the crushing product can still meet the technical requirement and product discharge size requirement.Thus the rate of crushing is increased,energy consumption per unit of production is reduced and the distribution of grain size is more concentrated than other grain size distribution.A pilot machine of crusher is designed based on this consideratio and the crushing feature of jaw crusher,cone crusher and roller crusher.And its crushing cavity is made of crushing plate and roller.The physical model of plate roller crusher is established by 3D Pro/E Software.Then the Pro/E model is simulated by ADAMS software.Kinematics and dynamics are analyzed by mechanical system dynamical analysis software,ADAMS.It provides theoretical basis for the design of low power and wear roller crusher.And it also provides theoretical basis for the analysis of crushing force exerting to material.The crushing performance and crushing production capacity of material will be improved significantly because of the introduction of the mode of vibratory crushing.The methods such as theoretical analysis and computer simulation are adopted to analyze the vibratory crushing mechanism and cavity,to design the cavity of plate roller crusher,to simulate the force situation of material in the cavity.The primary research results of the paper are as follows:1. Analysis for the force exerting to crushing welt is carried out based on the situation of force exerting to welt during the material crushing process.In addition,the situation of exerting material of different cavity crushing to material is analyzed based on the operating status of material crushing process.2. The optimal design of structure of crushing plate is carried out based on the crushing requirement,material characteristics and wear characteristics of welt.And then the optimal design of cone crusher cavity——the classic cavity of plate plate is carried out.3. The cavity of plate roller crusher is established.The design of cavity adopts plane design.And the target of design is the equal head and underneath of cavity,the unobstructed discharge of the cavity and the approximation of unobstructed cavity.4. The virtual model of plate roller crusher is established by 3D Software,Pro/E,based on the design requirement of crushing machinery.5. Kinematics and dynamics of plate roller crusher are analyzed by dynamical simulation software,ADAMS.The simulation results are more realistic because of the insert of flexible body material.6. The crushing force of material in different motion parameter is simulated and analyzed.7. The crushing force curve of roller vibration in different frequency is analyzed.Under impulse load,the frequency of motion of roller is changed,without changing the vobration amplitude.The comparative analysis of crushing force exerting to material in 0Hz,20Hz, 50Hz and 80Hz is made.And the relation of crushing force to frequency is analyzed.The analysis is helpful to the further study of material vibratory crushing mechanism and cavity.It is also helpful to the thorouth study in crushing theory and the design improvement of plate roller crusher.It is helpful to the improvement of crushing performance and crushing production capacity,too.
