The rotor of the crusher is the main core component of the straw crusher.The processing quality of the rotor directly affects the working efficiency of the crusher and the operation safety of the crusher.The welding quality of the crusher rotor is not guaranteed and the labor intensity is high.The problem is to design an automatic welding system for the rotor of the crusher.The system mainly includes mechanical design modules and control system software and hardware design modules.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the design requirements and determine the overall scheme design of the automatic welding device for the crusher rotor,which mainly includes the layout and transmission scheme of the manipulator,the selection of welding methods,the selection of welding machines,and the determination of welding angles.(2)Modeling and designing the automatic welding device of the crusher rotor,using ANSYS for statics analysis.Combined with the welding process characteristics of the crusher rotor,UG is used to model and design the entire system,and the maximum deformation position and stress-strain cloud diagram of the stressed structure are obtained through static analysis to verify the reliability and rationality of the design.(3)Design the software and hardware modules of the entire system,use STEP7-Micro WIN software to compile the control program of the automatic welding device of the crusher rotor,and combine the man-machine interface of the control program design system to realize the control of the welding process.(4)Use UG and ADAMS software to build a virtual prototype model to simulate the entire welding process of the crusher rotor.The kinematics simulation analysis of the welding gun and the three-jaw chuck in the ADAMS post-processing module verifies the reliability of the welding quality.
