In order to save the resources and cut down the cost of products, we need to achieve the connection of the dissimilar metal tube such as the copper tube and aluminum tube in fridge and air-condition. Though the predecessors have conducted a lot of research and put forward many kinds of techniques method, which mostly belong to welding technique, all are exist craft too much complicated or quality defective, especially to the dissimilar metal of weld ability differ greatly. So, this paper put forward a solid phase connection method that composite plastic flow base on the principle of plastic flow.This paper conceive connecting device at first, the connection part is mainly made of spinning head, mould and rotation fixture. The spinning head and mould combined action produce the region of the metal plastic flow. Apply the flow function conduct the theory analysis for the flow characteristic of the metal, grasp the relationship between non-plastic zone and plastic zone and hold the orderliness which the metal plastic flow. And analysis the stress and strain for the region of the metal plastic, grasp the deformation orderliness of the metal.On the basis of the theoretical analysis, used the software of finite element conduct the simulation study.Through simplified model, ignoring the case of temperature, using ANSYS conduct finite element analysis for the connection process of brass and aluminum tubes. The results show that in the process of dissimilar metal connections will appear uncoordinated deformation.Then used DEFORM established the metal plastic flow model of the connection process of the dissimilar metal tube, and set different connection craft parameters in the simulation process. Simulation results show that the plastic flow properties of metal with the connection process, the temperature, spinning head rotation speed and connection speed has a lot of relations. The temperature not enough to soften the metal, the metal plastic flow less, the metal get a better softening, the metal plastic flow get better,and proved the appropriate temperature can effectively alleviate deformation uncoordinated of the connection process. And found that the softening of the upper level metal is better than the lower level metal, plastic flow is more evident, to further identify the rules and the impact conditions of plastic flow of metal.Finally, using DEFORM analysis the connection process parameters and the key parts in devices for the impact of the connect quality. Simulation results show that the appropriate connection parameters can produce a good connection quality; In the same conditions, the cone-shaped head spinning than the cylindrical spinning head connection better, under the conditions that in the absence of mold of the connection will have serious flaws, the connection could not be completed, thus indicating the importance of mold.This paper has basically reached the research objectives, Research result has laid a theoretical foundation to the connect-technology development of dissimilar metal tubes based on the composite plastic flow, and development of the corresponding device has a certain significance.
