The Camellia oleifera Abel.is one kind of typical south arboreal oil tree plant, the seed of it can squeeze out oil, which is one kind of good quality as the edible vegetable oil. This article select oil-tea camellia seed and the oil-tea camellia oil for the research object, research and analyze on supercritical CO2 extraction and quality of the Camellia Oleifera Abel seed oil and process methods on physicochemical property and nutrient content of tea oil and physicochemical property and nutrient content of tea oil during storage, brought out the mechanism of supercritical CO2 extraction and quality of the Camellia Oleifera Abel seed oil and the oil along with stores the regularity which the time increases, provides the theory basis for the supercritical CO2 extraction and the storage of the Camellia Oleifera Abel seed oil.The main findings as follows state:The results of supercritical CO2 extraction and quality of the Camellia Oleifera Abel seed oil shows that The optimized conditions for SFE are as following:crashed oil-tea seed was sieved under 40 meshs, temperature is 45℃, pressure is 35 MPa and CO2 flow rate is 35 L/h. Crude SFE oil-tea camellia oil whose Acidity value is 0.73mg/g(KOH), peroxide value is 3.51 mmol/Kg, and iodine value is 88, color value is Y=35 and R=1 reach the requirement of first level pressing oil-tea camellia seed oil in GB/T 11765-2003; Compared to crude pressing oil and organic extracted oil, crude SFE oil have more abundant nutritive materials, for the content of Vitamin E,β-carotene and squalene in crude SFE oil are higher than the others.Three process methods (supercritical CO2 extraction, cold pressing, spiral pressing) were applied to prepare oil-tea camellia seed oil. the physicochemical property and nutritional materials of the oil, such as acid value, peroxide value, iodine value, colour value, and the content of vitamin E,β-carotene, squalene, P-sitosterol, total phosphorus and fatty acid, were investigated. The results show that the spiral pressed oil had the highest acid value and peroxide value which was significant higher than that of the oil extracted by the other methods. The content of vitamin E. (3-carotene, squalene, andβ-sitosterol in supercritical CO2 extracted oil was highest, while the content of total phosphorus in cold pressing extracted oil was highest which was significant higher than supercritical CO2 extracted oil.The acid value and peroxide value and the content of vitamin E.β-carotene β-sitosterol of standing storaged oil-tea camellia seed oil sample under natural light and dark condition. and in refrigeration and room temperature condition were determined. The results showed that under long-term storage condition, both the acid value and the peroxide value of oil-tea camellia seed oil samples increased. The longer the time lasted, the quicker speed increased.the content of vitamin E.β-carotene (3-sitosterol reduced along with the storaged time increasing.Under the same storage condition.for different purified solvent extraction oil-tea camellia seed oil. the more purified, the more oxidized:for different process techniques, solvent extraction was oxidized more easily than pressed oil-tea camellia seed oil.The light and temperature and time had great effect on acid value and peroxide value and the content of vitamin E.β-caroteneβ-sitosterol of long-term storaged oil-tea camellia seed oil.
