The thesis's research is based on the project of the secondary filter bag dust-removing control system at No.2 steelworks Ansteel.There are three converters in No.2 steelworks Ansteel.The converter will produce much dust on the smelting process.To protect the environment and to deal with the dust effectively, filter bag dust-removing equipment has been introduced. As a high efficient dust-removing equipment, filter bag dust-removing equipment is welcome and plays a very important role in all kinds of industry conditions with its high capability and reasonable price.This thesis has give an all-sides discuss on the design and actualization of secondary filter bag dust-removing control system at No.2 steelworks Ansteel. The main contents are as following:Adopting the CENTUM CS1000 DCS of yokogawa of Japan. Finish the choice of the hardware and the configuration of the net,Designing the controlling system and monitoring pictures, Setting the alarm and catenation parameters, recording the history and the real time trends.The main control functions include the monitoring of the air blower and motor, the enactment of the condition of the startup and the shutdown, the control of cleaning dust and unloading the dust, the control of each valve.The system adopts timing type to control period of dust-cleaning which depends on the operator's regulation by hand at the beginning design. If the period of the dust-cleaning is set unreasonable or not be adjusted timely by operators on the running process, it will produce large resistance while the flowing wind is enlarging. And then the system will be shut down and the converters will be stopped if something is not done in time.As the flow of wind can affect the resistance of the filter bag dust-removing equipment, so the resistance of the filter bag dust-removing equipment should be changed according to the changing wind flow.So we must consider the influence of the wind flow. During the alteration, adopting the fuzzy control technology to correct the setting of the resistance of filter bag dust-removing equipment, controling the real wind flow and the declination of the resistance by fuzzy control and output the periods of the dust-cleaning reasonably. The system can achieve running automatically and stably.
