At present,more and more people had enjoyed the dividends of the rapidly economic developments,but the environmental pollution that ensues was constantly eroding their daily life.The air pollution,which had a wide range of pollution,the large number of victims and affected by meteorological conditions,had always been the focus of national environmental protection.In this paper,the openness dust produced by the process of heavy metal contaminated soil had been taken as the research object.Based on the cause of the dust,the diffusion of dust in the course of the heap reclaiming process was studied by numerical simulation and theoretical calculation.Since the openness dust had quite a few characteristics which are difficult to deal with,such as high dispersion degree,easily influenced by environmental factors and the difficulty to collect,the technology of charged spray was proposed to control the escaping dust in the field.Based on the atomization theory of charged spray technology,the influence of spray pressure and charge voltage on the dust reduction of charged spray had been tested by experiment.The results showed that the growing rate of reducing dust efficiency was gradually decreasing as spray pressure and voltage rising.The reducing dust efficiency was 94.85% when spray pressure was 1.0 MPa and voltage was 20 kV.Compared to a single form of common spray and electrostatic precipitator,the dust removal efficiency of charged spray is increased by 10% and 7% respectively under the same conditions.Through CFD numerical simulation,proved that the average level of droplet size was reduced with spray pressure increasing.On this basis,the charge to mass ratio of droplets under different spray pressure and voltage is calculated.It was showed that the increase of spray pressure and voltage is favorable for the charging of spray group,which was mutually confirmed with the results of the experiment.Based on the theoretical and experimental research,a remote-controlled rotary charged spray trolley that is applicable to the field was designed,which could deal with the air pollutants in the contaminated area by remotely controls.
