Injection plastic mold is one of the most important mold methods in plastic processing, which have developed to be a mature technology and have a wide application. But the traditional experienced design can't meet the need of mold quality people expect so CAD/C AE design and mold perfection come to use.In this paper, a deep research on mold design and quality analysis is done in the basis of the container by the use of mold analysis software.Then reasonable improvement has been made to deal with the defects such as warping.Furthermore, the influence on the injection quality has been found through the analysis on the filling system.The content of the study is composed of following respects:Firstly,this paper takes research mainly from mold design and the perfection of the design, make 3D modeling design,the choice of die carrier and standard parts design with CAD software UG/Moldflow ,including core ,cavity ,die carrier ,side loose core ,filling system and cooling system design.Secondly, in the perfection of the design, simulate the filling and cooling process with CAE software Moldflow, take filling, flowing, cooling and warping analysis from the material choice, mold design and parameter set. There are several kinds of defects such as air and warp through the analysis, and then it can be perfected through changing the parameters, conditions and the design.At last, according to the special design of filling system, it is necessary to analyze its 3D flow field with the help of CFD theory and software Fluent. The filling system can be perfected by changing the quality flow and the angle of the subchannel which based on the visual analysis result. The analysis can supply a reference laws in the filling system design.
