Compared with common axis, the magnetic axis can rotate at a high speed.Especially, some kinds of magnetic axis must have high rotating precision for somespecial purposes. According to the characteristics of magnetic axis and the axisrotating precision theory described with two-dimension vector, a device is designedto test the rotating precision of magnetic axis with five degrees of freedom. Thetesting results can be added to feedforward control signal in order to improve therotating precision of the axis. Sensors are used to measure the error of the radialmotions in two parallel planes. PLL (phase-locked loop) doubling circuit is appliedto sample exact data numbers per rotation, and complex sequence FFT is used toanalysis the data. The testing requirements can be satisfied in this device. |
