Clinical Study Of Alcined Alum-borneol Nano-emulsion To The Management Of The Superficial Second Degree Wounds And The Influence To The Egf Expression Of Bandicoots' Scalds

Purpose:This study is designed to observe the clinical efficacy of calcined alum-borneol nano-emulsion,and research its influence on the EGF expression of bandicoots'scalds.As well as investigating the mechanism on curing burns.Method:1.Clinical Research:Total 90 burnt patients with superficial second degree are randomly divided into three comparison areas.Calcined alum-borneol nano-emulsion was applied onto the wounds of the trial group(Agroup).Tang-Chuang-You (B group) and alum-borneol liquid (C group) were used in comparison groups, respectively.10 days as a period of treatment to all.The situation of erythema, blister, tumefaction, aching, effusion, etc were recorded at the 5th,7th and 10th day after patients were burned.And the change of the EGF expression of bandicoots'scalds is examined.In this way, we compare the three teams in the clinical efficacy and changes of observation indexes.2.Experimentation:40 molded bandicoots'scalds were randomly divided into four comparison area:the trial group,control group A, control group B and model group.10 bandicoots'scalds in each group.Besides the medicine,the treatment to the wounds is in the same way.Four times everyday and 10 days as one period.Get some surface of the wounds and some normal skin around for immunohistochemistry,in order to observe the influence of the EGF expression about bandicoots' scalds.Result:1.Clinical Research:â‘ Integrated healing efficacy of the trial group is better than the comparison groups, but discrepancy is unconspicuous (P>0.05).â‘¡For the efficacy of lighten partial inflammation and relieve pain, the trial group is better than the comparison groups (P<0.01;P<0.05).â‘¢For dynamic healing situation, and recovery time, the trial group is better than the comparison groups (P<0.01).2. Experimentation:The total quantity of EGF expression of bandicoots' scalds in the alcined alum-borneol nano-emulsion group is obviously higher than the comparison groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. All of the three medicines are good at healing superficial second degree wounds. However, alcined alum-borneol nano-emulsion is better than Tang-Chuang-You and alcined alum-borneol liquid.2. Alcined alum-borneol nano-emulsion can promote the EGF expression of bandicoots'scalds in the early period,which is propitious to heal the wounds.
