| Subjective:discuss the distribution of TCM syndrome principle of chronic Hepatitis C (called CHC for short)in order to supply foundation for the classification and standard diagnosis of TCM syndromes of CHC.Methods:check demography information and symptoms with 72 patient samples with disease of CHC and record results by counting scores.Analyze the distribution regularity of TCM syndromes of CHC.Results:chronic Hepatitis C is more common for people of middle-age and senium. Patient history of blood transfusion is high risk factor of this disease. Once infection,it easily grows chronic disease. Syndrome of deficiency of hepatic and renal yin and asdthenic splenonephro-yang are more common for people of middle-age and senium,while syndrome of deficiency of spleen vital energy is more common for people of youth. When pathogenetic condition is slight, syndrome of stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen is more common for people of senium,while syndrome of deficiency of spleen vital energy is more common for the young.When damp pathogen obstruction the spleen, syndrome of deficiency of hepatic and renal yin and asdthenic splenonephro-yang are more common for people of senium, while syndrome of deficiency of spleen vital energy and damp pathogen obstruction the spleen are more common for the young.Conclusion:the basal patterns of TCM syndrome of CHC are syndrome of deficiency of hepatic and renal yin, deficiency of spleen vital energy, stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen and asdthenic splenonephro-yang.The clinical symptoms are classified to three kinds,which show yin asthenia, splenic asthenia and stagnation of liver-QI. |
