Objective:To explore the change of RANTES and IL-18 in the diabetics with macroangiopathy of lower limb in order to investigate its contribution the diabetics with macroangiopathy of lower limb.Methods:1. Sample collection:the serum of diabetecs patients with low limbs macroangiopathy (31cases),the diabetecs (30 cases) and control (20 cases) ware collected. The great vessels tissue of the lower limb:the patients with low limbs macroangiopathy (11cases), diabetes patients (9cases) and control (8 cases) ware collected. The clinical data such as age, sex, course of disease were recorded.2. Detection of the samples:chemotatic factor:Regulated on activation normal T cell expressed and secreted ELISA'way was used to detect the serum RANTES and IL-18; The immunohistochemistry was used to obverse the expressions of RANTES and IL-183. Statistical analysis:The SPSS 13.0 was used for Statistical analysis. The results were expressed as means±SD (x±s). The statistical analysis of the data were performed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). A p value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The result of RANTESSerum RANTES:the serum level of RANTES in the control group, the diabetics with no macroangiopathy of lower limb and the diabetics with macroangiopathy of lower limb. 1.94±0.47,2.31±0.35,2.63±0.35μg/mL.there is significant difference in each group (P<0.05).Expression of RANTES:the expression of RANTES in each group is statically different (P< 0.05). In diabetes group, the expression is stronger than in control. And in the diabetics with macroangiopathy of lower limb, the expression is the strongest in the tree groups (P<0.05)2.The result of IL-18Serum IL-18:the serum level of IL-18 in the control group, the diabetics with no macroangiopathy of lower limb. and the diabetics with macroangiopathy of lower limb. 102.90±27.75,156.01±20.98,204.02±24.09 pg/mL, there is significant difference in each group (P<0.05).Expression of IL-18:the expression of IL-18 in each group is statically different (P<0.05). In diabetes group, the expression is stronger than in control. And the diabetics with macroangiopathy of lower limb, the expression is the strongest in the tree groups (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. RANTES may play an important role in the occurrence and development of the diabetics with Macroangiopathy of lower limb2. IL-18 may play an important role in the occurrence and of the diabetics with Macroangiopathy of lower limb...
