| Objective: To observe the arterial disease of lower limb using the CDFI in pure type 2 diabetes and type 2 diabetes with hypertension patients, including the characteristics, the serious degree, the blood flow image, the blood flow parameter and the blood flow spectrum, so as to early provide a new reliable clinical diagnosis basis of arteriosclerosis of lower limb and to analyze cause, degree and so on.Methods: 90 patients divided into 2 groups: group A, pure type 2 diabetes and Group B , type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension. We simultaneously examine lower limb arteries by color Doppler ultrasound examination to observe blood vessel wall's change situation and the occurrence of plaques and then , according to the lesions, we exclude patients without lower limb arterial disease, and divide the remaining patients into pure type 2 diabetes group , DM1 group and type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension group,DM2 group, then analyze the degree, the blood filling state, blood flow parameters and spectral changes of lower limb arteriosclerosis of patients. Results: (1) The ultrasonic performance is earlier then clinical manifestation of artery lesions in patients with type 2 diabetes. (2) It shows the certain characteristic of lower limb atherosclerosis'ultrasonic performance in patients with type 2 diabetes and type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension. (3) The plaque index and the vessel narrow rate are semi-quantitative indexes to analyze the degree of atherosclerosis. (4) Flow spectral can reflects the arterial lesions situation. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound is helpful in the early diagnosis of the lower limb arterial disease and may appraise the lesions degree preliminarily in patients with type 2 diabetes and type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension. It can provide a important basis for the clinical treatment. |
