| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of infatile syndrome of RRTI of Deficiency of Both Lung and spleen Qi with the modified Ginseng-Schisandrae decoction.and probe into its function mechanism tentatively.Method:To choose baby patients 60 cases with RRTI of Deficiency of Both Lung and spleen Qi,which are divided into two groups of 30 cases randomly and respectively:the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group is treated by modified Ginseng-Schisandrae decoction and Bacillus Calmette-Guerin Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid Preparation. The control group is cured by Bacillus Calmette-Guerin Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Preparation.Comparing the total effective rate and the change of Immunoglobulin and Trace Elements in the blood of cure in front and back. Result:In clinical research the general effective rate in treatment group and control group was respeetively 93.33% and 83.33%,and there was a significant difference as compared to the control group(P<0.05).two groups have both improved the clinic symptoms,but the treatment group surpasses the control group.In the treatment group some clinic symptoms like times of suffering from the RRTI,anorexia,Tired weak body,hyperhidrosis and abnormity of stool,are all obviously improved with the significant difference(P<0.05).chemical test parameters like Immunoglobulin and Trace Elements in the blood are rising and there is a significant difference compared with the control group.Conclusion:modified Ginseng-Schisandrae decoction has a good therapeutic effect on infantile patients with RRTI of deficiency of both lung and spleen qi,and has function of enhancing humoral immunity and Trace Elements in the blood, reduceing times of suffering from the RRTI. It is proved that Ginseng-Schisandrae decoction has function of nourishing lung and reinforcing spleen,supplementing qi and applicating safety. Worthy of widely Spreading. |
