The Clinical Curative Effect Research Of Acupuncture On Back-shu Points Primarily To Treat The Anxious Neurosis

ObjectiveObserve the clinical curative effect of acupuncture on Back-Shu points primarily to treat the anxious neurosis. Discuss the main therapeutical effect of Back-Shu points and its mechanism of action.MethodsIn the patients coming to Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First hospital, select 60 patients that meet the inclusion criteria. The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the acupuncture group and the oral drug group,30 cases in each group. In acupuncture group, the main points are Xinshu, Ganshu, Danshu, Geshu, Shenshu and with the evidence for addition and subtraction. In oral drug group, the drugs alprazolam were selected. According to patient condition, the dosage for the degree was to control the disease without affecting the normal life. The courses were 3 weeks. Before and after treatment, the HAMA Scale and the SAS scale were used to score.The efficacy evaluations were based on the reduced rate.ResultsAll data were processed by SPSS13.0 package. After three weeks of treatment, both groups have a better therapeutic effect. Efficacy Evaluation: reducing rate by HAMA, total effective rate of two groups were 90%,83.33%, while by SAS total effective rate were 90%,86.7%. The results after treatment of both groups were processed by statistical analysis, p<0.05, statistically significant.Conclusions1. Acupuncture on back-shu points primarily to treat anxiety neurosis has a better clinical effect.2. The acupuncture group was more effective than oral drugs.
