The Study Of Ancient Medical Literature In The Compatibility Of Zu Sanli (st 36) And Other Acupoints

Objective:To enrich the disease spectrum of Zu Sanli acupoints and to summarize the application regularity about the compatibility of Zu Sanli (ST36) and other acupoints by analyzing ancient medical literatures. In this way, manage to provide consultation for the acupuncture and moxibustion, in addition to supply methods for the studies about the compatibilities of other acupoints.Methods:Using "Chinese Medical Classics" which is published by electronic audio-visual publishing houses in Hunan as our database source. "Sanli", "Xialing","Guixie" as key words, get the relevant clauses referring to the application compatibility about Zusanli. Then, attribute the clauses to eight major disease systems, such as internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, ENT, dermatology, and orthopedic. After that, input all data into the computer to create database for statistical analysis, summarize, and finally get the disease spectrum, compatibility points and common prescription referring to Zusanli.Conclusion:In this study, we get 114 kinds of books contained clauses referring to Zusanli in "Chinese Medical Classics". Through the inclusion and exclusion criteria, we ultimately get 1445 useful clauses. After statistical analysis, there are 127 kinds of disease suitable for the Zusanli application compatibility. In addition, we made a statistics about the frequency of the Zusanli compatibility acupoints, summed up common compatibility acupoints of Zusanli in variety of diseases, and get 25 kinds of common compatibility groups of Zusanli point among 15 kinds of diseases, providing consultations for clinical.In addition, we also find a number of couple points of Zusanli in regular and compatible applications, for example, Zusanli combined with Zhongwan for spleen, stomach, intestinal disease, with Feishu for lung diseases, with Sanyinjiao for gynecological diseases and etc.
