Clinical Study On Advanced Gancer Treated By The Method Of "jian Pi Liqi" Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective:deficiency of spleen is one of the basic pathology in gastric cancer. we choose"jian pi li qi fang" to study the combined curative effect of Chinese medicines and chemotherapy on later period gastric cancers and the side effects of chemotherapy. Methods:48 subjects with later period gastric cancers were randomly divided into two groups,24 patients in the treated group were administered with"jian pi li qi fang"and chemotherapy(PFL regimen),24 in the control group with chemotherapy alone. Objective effects and the changes of subjective symptoms of gastric cancers were studied during two periods of treatment, included focuses, symptoms, KPS, immune parametersand toxicological effect.Rusults:"jian pi li qi fang" may significantly improved the most clinic symptoms and living qualities of patients, and alleviated toxicological effect of chemotherapy. reduces tumor designated object CEA, the CA199 level,But there was no difference between the treated group and the control one on the size of focus.the toxicity occurent rate and toxic degree between liver and kidney were slighter between the two groups.Conclusion:"jian pi li qi fang"and chemotherapy(PFL regimen)have better curative effect on treating advanced gastric cancers.
