Objective The meningioma is the sources of no-neural epithelial cells of the most common tumor, the formation rate occupies the encephalic tumor second. Conventional magnetic resonance (cMRI) scans only show the relationship of the signal characteristics meningiomas and peripheral tissue. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) examination technique, diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS) and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) for clinical applications, they can provide accurately the diffusion of water molecules of tumor cells and interstitium and biochemical information, but also reflect the abundant degree of tumor blood supply, feeding arteries, tumor vessel staining. They can provide a further understanding and acknowledge for the diagnosis of intracranial lesions and differential diagnosis, and for providing accurate basis before the preoperative diagnosis and clinical treatment. This research through the observation meningioma in the magnetic resonance convention image formation, DWI, 1H-MRS,MRA image formation's phantom study characteristic, analyzes that in the meningioma diagnosis application value, thus reflected the magnetic resonance formidable phantom function, waits for it more widespread clinical practice. Methods Collection and screening 49 cases of meningioma surgery cases with pathologically diagnosed. Before all case line of enhancement scanning, good conventional scanning, DWI, 1H-MRS and MRA inspection has been done. All data use SPSS16.0 software package statistics processing. The comparison with ADC value use two independent samples T-test, by α=0.05 takes the examination standard. The spectrum analysis uses the Pearson card side examination, byα=0.05 takes the examination standard. N- Acetyl Aspartate (NAA) peak reduces, choline (Cho) to elevate, creatine (Cr) to reduces, three changes to have statistics significance (P<0.05). All the cases showed the alanine (Ala) peak was disappeared. The pouch changes with Lac-Lip peak both correlation coefficient r=0.648, has statistics significance (P<0.01). MRA demonstrated that the tumor blood vessel situation mainly divides into two broad headings: The tumor oppression neighbor artery branch and the branch, have not seen are clear about the blood supply blood vessel; The tumor mainly has the arteria meningea media, the volume cerebral cortex artery by the neighbor spot blood vessel branch blood supply and so on, the model obvious encephalic diplomacy passes the unusual network of blood vessels. According to the 2007 World Health Organization (WHO) classification graduation, this group of cases are WHO I. Conclusions Conventional MRI scans only show the relationship of the signal characteristics meningiomas and peripheral tissue. It is difficult to distinguishe the benign and malignant tumors. Meningioma usually manifest little higher signal on the DWI. ADC values can judge benign and malignant tumors and pathological rank. 1H-MRS application may supply the tumor organization biochemistry metabolism information for the meningioma MRI diagnosis. And the Lac-Lip can only the evidence which changes as the tumor necrosis pouch, cannot take the meningioma good malignancy diagnosis standard. MRA application provided the accurate tumor blood for the meningioma MRI diagnosis to supply the information, in the instruction clinical surgery and established in other diagnosing and treating plan to have the influential role. DWI, 1H-MRS, and the MRA image formation technical tie-up application, enhanced the meningioma diagnosis accuracy greatly, thus reflects the magnetic resonance function image formation the application value.
