Objective To observe the Clinical characters of Left ventricular noncompaction in Chinese ,and to research the features of imageology. Methods 46 patients of left ventricular noncompaction were studied. They underwent clinical examination, electrocardiography, NT-proBNP, echocardiography, Cardiac magnetic resonance and Delayed enhancement cardiac magnetic resonance. According to the different NYHA grade and NT-proBNP, 2-3 groups were divided. Results (1) These are 36 patients whose NYHA grade isⅢandⅣ, accounting for 78.3%.(2)41 patients with ECG abnormalities, accounting for 89.1%. The abnormities are arrhythmias and conduction block Mainly.(3) Trabeculation are in the apex, interventricular septum and inferior wall mainly.(4) Fibrillation appears in the apex and the interventricular septum mainly.(5) With the increasing of NYHA grade, left ventricular diameter and NT-proBNP were improved. Conclusion In the Chinese population, the major clinical manifestations of left ventricular noncompaction are heart failure and arrhythmias. Trabeculation is mainly in the apex, interventricular septum and inferior wall. The mechanism is related to densification process of myocardial.
