Objective: Patients with diabetes has relation with lacking exercise. Exercise can enhance the treatment of diabetes, and the exercise therapy is a treatment, which is regarded as an essential measure by medical profession. Exercise program is various, but nowadays aerobic exercise is popular with people. It is one of exercise therapies for treating diabetes. In this study, patients with type 2 diabetes are the research subject, and there are three different sports (aerobics, walking, and traditional boxing) for intervention. The results will obtain that which one is more effectively. Methods: The study based on diabetes, exercise physiology, medicine and health science and other theories, controlling the pathogenesis of diabetes, the predisposing factors, and the changes of indicators standards, and according to the factors which include the principles of exercise prescription developed, the size of exercise intensity, exercise duration, mastery, and the arrangement of the heart rate which should be controlled during patients do exercise choose one program (aerobics, walking, traditional boxing)to adjust to the patients who with type 2 diabetes . The subjects there were 48 patients with early type 2 diabetes who were randomly divided into 4 groups : controlling group, group aerobics, walking groups, and traditional martial arts group. After 8 weeks the intervention of exercise found that: compared with the control group the intervention group before the experiment morphological index and waist-hip ratio, body fat percentage, fat content has significant difference (P <0.05).Results: After 8 weeks'exercise intervention, compared with the other three groups the intervention group aerobics group index in the form of waist-hip ratio, body fat percentage, fat content had significant changes (P <0.05). waist-hip group of traditional boxing Comparison of the control group there was significant variation (P <0.05); intervention group before the experiment and the controlling group and biochemical indicators of fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein significant change (P <0.05 .) After 8 weeks'exercise intervention, the intervention group in the aerobics group biochemical fasting blood glucose, cholesterol index value than the other groups had significant changes (P <0.05), 2h postprandial blood sugar, low-density lipoprotein index value compared with the control group, significant changes (P <0.05), triglyceride index value than traditional martial arts group had significant changes (P <0.05); walking group, 2h postprandial blood sugar values than the control group there was significant variation (P < 0.05), low density lipoprotein index value than traditional martial arts group, significant changes (P <0.05); traditional martial arts group, fasting blood glucose, low density lipoprotein index value than the control group there was significant variation (P <0.05).Data obtained from the above: through 8 weeks'planned and regular exercise prescription intervention, aerobics group of diabetic patients of morphological (body weight, waist-hip ratio, fat content) has more significant changes than the other three groups; diabetes patients most concerned about blood sugar. Aerobics group, walking group, and the traditional martial arts group, fasting plasma glucose and (or) 2h postprandial blood glucose changes significantly, and at the same time other indicators have different amplitude changes. In a word the overall trend is toward good. Through investigation, the patients felt directly from sensual physical changes (changed for the better quality of sleep, lack of a sense of ease tired, feel good, reduce blood sugar, medication to reduce); exercise prescription intervention in three different sports, the aerobics group form physiological and biochemical changes are slower than taking group and large group of traditional boxing. While walking group has little difference between the traditional martial arts group on indicators of diabetes.
