Understanding Of Angina Pectoris In The Chinese Traditional Medicine And The Law Of Prescription And Medication

Angina is one type of Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Traditional chinese medicine or combination of TCM with Western medicine play an important role in the treatment of angina. There is no the term of angina in traditional chinese medicine, but angina have a representative heartache symptom which is similar to xiongbi,one name of disease in traditional chinese medicine.So we can draw assistance from the historical experience of traditional chinese medicine to impulse research and clinical.of angina.The thesis is divided into two chapters.The chapter I systematically studies on the ancient literatures.The first article intimately discussed the correlative names of Angina pectoris in traditional chinese medicine.The second article mainly discussed the etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of Angina pectoris.In this part,I discuss pathogenic cold.pathogenic heat.dampness.stagnation of blood.phlegm retention.emotional and so on.I pointed out the pathogenesis of Angina pectoris not beyond the scope of "Obstruction leads to pain"and"Malnutrition leads to pain".In the third article.I mainly discussde the major internal and external treatments with angina pectoris.Internal treatments mainly include methods to warming cold with drugs of warming and fragrant.methods to activate blood.methods to resolve phlegm.methods to strengthen the spleen and normalize the stomach.method to expel the phlegm and stagnation of blood.methods to replenish both Qi and body.methods to nourishing kidney and reinforcing body resistance.The four article mainly discussed the diet and attendance in Angina pectoris,witch can not be ignored in the study.Chapterâ…¡mainly research the prescriptions of the ancient and modern with frequency analysis and cluster analysis. 1)Analysis of Prescriptions and Medicines with frequency of past and present of the top 50 medicines can be seen that there is a greater difference between ancient and modern medicine:(1)In the meridian tropism part, the ancient medicine mainly go over the spleen and stomach, liver and spleen is main meridian that modern medicine go over.(2)The modern medicine is more concentrated than the ancient medicine.(3)To classify the ancient and modern medicine based on the effectiveness,found that the constituent ratio of ancient and modern medicine have markedly changed:Ranking the constituent ratio of ancient medicine from high to low,we can cee that: drugs of interior-warming and cold-dispelling> drugs of regulating flow of Qi> drugs of tonifying deficiency> drugs of dampness-drying and phlegm-resolving> drugs of moving the stasis and promote blood circulation> drugs of clearing heat> drugs of Astringing> drugs of calming the nerves.Constituent ratio of Modern medicine is:drugs of moving the stasis and promote blood circulation> drugs of tonifying deficiency> drugs of dampness-drying and phlegm-resolving> drugs of regulating flow of Qi> drugs of calming the nerves> drugs of interior-warming and cold-dispelling> drugs of Relieving the Exterior> drugs of removing obstruction from the collaterals> drugs of clearing heat.2)With the systematic analysis method,I classified and researched modern medicines in functions of drugs.properties of drugs.flavors of drugs:(1)In the part of functions of drugs,combined with features of clinical treatment of this disease,I think that it is more appropriately to classify the modern medicine into 8 categories.The first category mainly is drugs of moving the stasis and promote blood circulation,the second category mainly is drugs of Resolving Stasis and eliminating stagnation, the third category mainly is drugs of regulating flow of Qi,the fourth category mainly is drugs of interior-warming and cold-dispelling,the fifth category mainly is drugs of clearing heat,the sixth category mainly is drugs of dampness-drying and phlegm-resolving,the seventh category mainly is drugs of removing obstruction from the collaterals,the eighth category mainly is drugs of tonifying deficiency.(2)From the result of cluster analysis,we can cee that:warm nature.sweet flavor.going over liver meridian are the noticeable characters of modern medicine of coronary heart disease.So,With different ways to research the prescriptions and drugs of coronary heart diseases can provide new ideas and methods for coronary heart disease studies. Through the contrast with other researches, I find difference in different investigators,the result has a positive meaning for further research.
