The Clinical Study On Efficacy About Wu Gong Bai Du Yin Decoction In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Valgaris (the Type Of Yuzhijifu)

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of WuGongBaiDu Yin(WGBDY) decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(the type of YuZhiJiFu).Methods We divided the 68cases into two groups.34cases in group A, treated by WGBDY and ZiCaoYou topically.34cases in group B, treated with FuFangQingDaiJiaoNang(FFQDJN) and ZiCaoYou topically. Observe the change of erythema, scleroma,dry scaly skin bits before and after treatment.Results (1)In group A, the total clear effect rate was 89.41%.In group B, the total clear effect rate was 73.53%.The significant difference was shown statistically between them. (2)Two groups in the symptomatic integral dropped more significantly after the treatment and there were significant difference (P<0.01). (3)WGBDY was more different stastically than FFQDJN in treating soakage (P<0.05).Conclusion WGBDY and FFQDJN are both effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(the type of YuZhiJiFu).At the same time, WGBDY is superior to FFQDJN in the clinical efficiency.
