Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia With Compound Tongmai Jiangzhi Yin

Objective:To study the regulatory effect of Compound Tongmai Jiangzhi Yin on blood lipids and ameliorate the symptom in Patients with primary hyperlipidemia.Methods:Sixty patients with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group was treated withCompound Tongmai Jiangzhi Yin1 packet twice a day, and the control group was treated with Zhibituo capsule by oral taking 3 tablets three times a day. The therapeutic course for both groups was 4 weeks. The effect in regulating blood lipids in patients was observed.Results:Compared the indexes before and after the tests,The levels of total cholesterol (TC), t riglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) changed obviously in a sense of statistics between the two groups. There are no static sense between the two groups.The highering of HDL-C has static sense in the treated group,but not in the compared group.As compared with the compared group, Compound Tongmai Jiangzhi Yin can obviously Lower the TC, TG, LDL-C and improve the HDL-C. The effect of Compound Tongmai Jiangzhi Yin was very satisfactory in ameliorating the symptom of tranditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:Tongmai Jiangzhi Yin had definited regulatory effect on the blood lipids and lipoproteins in patient s with hyperlipidemia.The effect of amediorate the symptom of tranditional Chinese medicine is superior to the compared group.
