| Object: To study the chemical constituents and bioactivities of Capparis Spinosa L. Methods:â‘ Ten compounds were isolated and purified by extraction and different kinds of column chromatography, and their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical property;â‘¡the volatile oil and fatty acid were extracted from the fruit of Capparis Spinosa L by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction and analyzed by GC-MS method;â‘¢the contents of polyphenol and antioxidant activities of extracts from the fruit of Capparis Spinosa L were determined by spectrophotometric methods, and their anti-inflammatory capacity were preliminary screened by the mouse analog of swelling of ear induced by dimethyl benzene. Results:â‘ The structures were elucidated as stachydrine(1),kaempferol-3-O- rutinoside (2),rutin (3),1acceroicacid (4),n-octacosanol (5),protocatechuic acid (6),butanedioic acid (7),Daucostero1 (8),hexadecanoic acid (9),octacosane (10).The compound (4) and (10) were obtained from this plant for the first time.â‘¡Eleven kinds of fatty acids were detected, including oleic acid, linoleic acid and palmitic acid content of the total 94.81%; Fourteen kinds of volatile oils were separated, which identified thirteen kinds of compounds.â‘¢the total phenol content of water and ethanol extracts from Capparis Spinosa L were measured as 1.82% and 4.56% inspectively. The antioxidant test showed that two kinds of solvent extracts have a certain capabilities amount of restoration capacity, clearing hydroxyl radicals and superoxide radical, of which the ability of clearing the hydroxyl radical is stronger than ascorbic acidâ‘£The low dose and mid dose of essay 5 have conspicuous depressant effect on the mouse analog of swelling of ear induced by dimethyl benzene. Conclusions: The fruit of Capparis Spinosa L have lots of active components, it can be generally used in the vocation of medicine and eatables , which establish a foundation for the medicine research of Capparis Spinosa L in future. |
