Research On The Prison Police's Psychological Pressure And Help Strategy

As a special professional group, prison police is also a "pressure group". Working in a intense condition with high standard and requirement makes the prison police feel stressful, even makes their will controling suddenly collapse.In recent years, the mental health of prison police has been getting more and more attentions from legal workers at home and aboard. But the researchs on their mental pressure are not many. Our article, based on introducing psychological stress and its source, using a questionnaire about the souce of the prison police psychological pressure, discussed the prison police psychological pressure by studying the prison police's mental health.This article, using document studying, qualitative and quantitative analysing, researched the prison police stress and pressure source through the questionnaire survey, found the souce of the pressure and the way to solve it, and get the different ways and feelings among different groups.Defining the psychological stress and pressure source, we get some conclusions below:1. the concept of prison police's psychological stress and pressure source, and its manifestation.2. the effects of psychological stress on the prison police.3. the difference test of feelings and solve ways among different groups.Based on these conclusions, we did further research on prison police's demondings of help, and suggested the psychological adjustment and appropriate help strategy to the pressure, which has serious effects on prison police, from both subjective and objective sides.
